Grit and Grace is about showing up for yourself—physically pushing hard, but also being mindful of the overall process.

Grit is when we decide to stop wishing and start working. Grit makes a plan and commits to action. It is sticking with the difficult routines and not giving up— because you are worth it.

Grace is gentle but it is not an enabler. Grace may whisper, but it is persistent in guiding you towards your goals. Adjusting the pace is ok, giving up is not. Grace honors and embraces that person that shows up every day— because you are worth it.

1 on 1 Consultation

This will be our foundation. We will meet, talk about your goals, your schedule, what hurdles you face, and what sets your heart afire. I'll conduct a few assessments to get an idea of where you are right now so we can create an individualized plan to get started on your path.

1 on 1 Training

Everyone has a unique background and goals. With one on one personal training, we can build a plan that is just for you. At Grit and Grace our focus is on establishing well executed form to reduce injury and increase results. Varied workouts tailored for your needs will keep your body and mind guessing.

1 on 1 Nutrition

Proper nutrition is the meat and potatoes of creating the changes we want to see. It’s important to remember that food is fuel- but can be fun too. We will look at your current habits and lifestyle to develop a plan for you.
